By accessing or using ProfileBoost.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ProfileBoost.app provides AI-powered analysis of dating profile screenshots. The analysis is generated by a large language model (Anthropic Claude) and is intended as general guidance only. Results may vary. We make no guarantees about the number of matches, dates, or relationships that may result from following our recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all photos and text you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely to generate your analysis. You confirm that:

• —Your content does not contain illegal material.
• —You are the person depicted in the profile photos, or have the subject's consent.

5. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle. Prices are listed in USD. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

Pro Pass: Valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Allows unlimited analyses during that period. Not auto-renewing.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• —Upload content that belongs to or depicts someone without their consent.
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• —Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
• —Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI analysis will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfileBoost.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
